Refund Policy

Non-Refundable Personalised Orders: Customised or personalised items are crafted specifically per order and are non-refundable unless found to be defective or damaged upon delivery.
Standard Refund Window: For regular orders, refund requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery. Items must be returned unused, in original packaging. Return shipping charges are borne by the customer.
Inspection: All returned items are subject to quality inspection. If the product or packaging is found damaged, the customer may not be eligible for a full refund or may receive a partial refund based on circumstances.

The products are provided “as is”. Myastrovani makes no warranties beyond what is described on the product listing. Natural variations in colour, texture, and size are inherent to handcrafted and natural products and do not constitute defects.
