At Myastrovani, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Eligibility for Refund

We accept refund requests within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
• The item must be in its original packaging.
• A refund request must be raised within 7 days of receiving the order.

Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping charges. We do not cover the cost of shipping items back to us. Please ensure the item is securely packed before dispatch.

Inspection & Refund Processing

Once we receive the returned item, it will go through a quality inspection. Please note:

• If the product or packaging is found to be damaged upon inspection, the customer may not be eligible for a refund, or may receive a partial refund based on the extent of the damage and circumstances.
• If the item passes inspection, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
